John-Joe Michael Roarty and Albert Burgos have been a music duo for over 20 years, since they met in a top 40's group in the early 80's.  Their God-given abilities have taken them through the spectrum of the music industry: from musicians to singers, engineers, song writers, music producers, etc.

Along with this "dynamic duo", Executive Director Luke Roarty of SoundScape Services, has combined forces in the form of SoundScape Productions.

All three members originated from Hoboken, New Jersey and are seeking active song-pitchers and music representation for all their original material that they have produced over the past 2 decades and for future endeavors as well!

Albert Burgos-  Project Director for SoundScape Productions

Albert Burgos has been singing and writing for the past 20 years.  Having gained experience in several bands, being around different styles of music and changing throughout those times.  But his greatest experiences came primarily from recording, arranging, and producing along side his partners John-Joe Michael Roarty and Executive Director Luke Roarty- keeping their vision alive throughout the years.  Now Hoboken, New Jersey's own crew, created SoundScape Productions of Long Island, NY, are seeking to find their niche in this industry with their own sound and style of music.

"Listening to today's music tells me that it lacks creativity and real-feel.  The sampling industry has taken over the reality of making music with real instrumentation- making it all sound the same.  We must go back to our roots to bring back music as a real art form."  -Albert Burgos.

John-Joe playing at Samantha's Little Bit of Heaven Cafe

John-Joe Michael Roarty began listening and enjoying music at a very early age.  He would listen to songs from Sam Cooke, The Carpenters and various music genres from the 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's.  He would also bang and pound as like a percussionist in the appropriate fashion on the nearest convenient end table while singing to the songs.  John-Joe sees this as a "kick off from God", spearheading and encouraging him to embrace the journey of music as a whole.
In the early 80's, although drums was his passion, his parents bought him a classical guitar.  He later learned to play the electric and bass guitars as well.  At that time his father purchased a second-hand piano, which John-Joe then added to the mix of instruments he was mastering, as well as vocal possibilities that were being birthed and rehearsed with no prior vocal training.
Years later John-Joe met a long time friend who asked him to partner-up with him and open a recording studio arranging an array of musical compositions for clients, wherein John-Joe coveted the basic knowledge (at the professional level) of recording, engineering/mixing and album production applications.  This was a God-given opportunity for him to be able to work on both sides of the given opportunity for him to be able to work on both sides of the spectrum simultaneously.  He has been credited with over 30 album projects and more to be announced, not including 500 of the already pending original songs and varied cover tunes that are waiting to be woven into future projects.  At this time John-Joe was inspired by Kenny G to take on the saxophone!  He has learned to play both the alto and soprano sax.  John-Joe also plays the string harp, recorder, penny whistle, harmonica, various manmade instruments and dabbles with an accordion from time to time.
Throughout his musical timeline, John-Joe's influences range as past and present from both Christian and mainstream artists with their various genres such as: Albert Burgos, Palma Pascale, Tim and Maureen Rodgers, Michael and Victoria Perrone, Kelly Tanza, Steven Curtis Chapman, Phil Keaggy, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Stryper, Jaci Velasques, Linda Eder, Christiana Aguilera, Celine Dion, Journey, Foreigner, Styx, Boston, Vinnie Moore, Babyface, Billy Joel, Donna Summer, Elton John, and more.
